    out of the Homeward Bounder"

    In November 2023, I went on a three week voyage to Antartica with the visionary leadership initiative Homeward Bound for women with a STEMM background.
    It was a truly transformative experience. I'm excited share my pictures, impressions, experiences and learnings with all of you.

Each design captures unforgettable moments that inspired my growth, resilience, and a deeper connection to the natural world, and created to share the unique essence and strength of mighty Antarctica.

    Homeward Bound leadership initiative

    The vision of Homeward Bound is about empowering women in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, and Medicine) to enhance their clarity, confidence, shared vision, and strategic capability to prepare them for global leadership roles and for contributing proactively to a sustainable world.

    Homeward Bound aims at redefining leadership to fit our current world, emphasizing a "global home" led with integrity, results-driven motivation, the ability to inspire, care for relationships, and a collaborative spirit.

    By 2036, Homeward Bound aspires to have built a global network of 10,000 influential women in STEMM.

    Antarctica taught me how to embrace challenges, to find calm in the unknown, and to lead with authenticity.

    I wanted to capture those lessons and precious moments, not just in my heart but in a way that others could experience it, too. The design of each card reflects not only the beauty of Antarctica and its amazing wildlife but also the personal growth and inspiration I found there.
